How do I fill out my handout on a computer?

To complete your Eat Right Now® handout on a computer, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed. You can download it for free here. 

Once you've opened the handout, click Fill & Sign on the right side bar to enable editing and then select the option You in the new window Who needs to fill and sign? (see screenshots below).
