What is the Core Curriculum? The Core Curriculum is a 4 week journey of lessons and exercises, sorted into 28 Modules. This path will help you identify stress and emotional eating patterns, reduce food cravings, and build sustainable eating habits. The Mindful Eating path will support you in developing a healthy relationship with food. |
What are Weight Loss Weeks? |
The Weight Loss weeks focus on weight management, physical activity, strategic meal planning, calorie intake education, and other lifestyle change recommendations. These are an optional 18 weeks of lessons that you can explore in any order at your own pace. |
What are Theme Weeks? Theme Weeks take you on week long deep dives into topics such as curiosity, kindness, anxiety, procrastination, and much more. Each Theme Week has 7 modules and provides added support into what you have learned in the core curriculum. |
