How do I use a license code?

A license code entitles NEW USERS to a full subscription for one of our programs for the specified period of time (one month in the case of the Doctor Oz show code.)  NOTE: If you were given a discount code for a percent off, not a license code, please see What is a program code? article for more information. 

To use the license code, the easiest way to redeem is via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.  Start by searching for the program name (e.g. "Unwinding Anxiety") in the app store and click INSTALL.  Once the app is installed, follow the instructions below:

New Users:

1. Fill in your profile data. Tap "Create a new account"

2. Complete your profile. Click Continue.

3. Scroll down. Use the Do you have a license code? link at the bottom of the screen.

4. Enter the license code and tap Validate. Welcome to the Program!

That's it!

Existing Users:

1. Open the app. Fill in your login details and tap Login.

2. Tap Account icon on the dashboard (bottom right corner).

3. Tap My Stats>My Subscription.

4. Tap Upgrade button.

5. Scroll down. Use the Do you have a license code? link at the bottom of the screen.

6. Enter the license code and tap Validate. Welcome to the Program!
