In case your app is freezing, please check the following:
1. Make sure you have the latest version of the app

2. Try logging out and logging back in
- Tap the Account icon on the Dashboard (top left corner)
- Tap Logout at the bottom of the screen
- Re-Login with your email and password
3. Try restarting your phone
- iOS - https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201559
- Android - Press and hold your phone's power button for a few seconds until Android prompts you to turn off your phone
4. Try re-installing the app
