When will my scale arrive?
Once you’ve redeemed your scale you will receive an Order Confirmation email from Withings along with a shipping notification and tracking info when your order ships.
Scales ship right away but if you have not received your scale within 10 business days of placing your order, please reach out to the Withings support team by email at program-support@withings.com.
How do I ensure I receive my scale?
Please double check that you entered your address correctly when ordering, make sure that you are able to receive packages at the address you entered and and check tracking number to ensure safe arrival. If you are planning to be away from home for longer than a few days, please order your scale when you get home.
Can I start Eat Right Now while I wait for my scale to arrive?
Yes, there is plenty to do while you wait! You have access to the first week of curriculum, Tools section, weekly Zoom meetings and can message your coach anytime.
How do I set up my Withings Body Pro scale?
Your Withings Body Pro Scale works right out of the box. Step on the scale and your data is automatically synced to the Withings HIPAA Cloud using end-to-end encryption and will be visible to you in the Eat Right Now app. Please do not move the scale during the setup process. The scale will display “Ready” on its screen once setup is complete.
How do I synch my Withings scale to the Eat Right Now Program?
Your scale with automatically be synched with the Eat Right Now program. In order to begin seeing your data in the program, please sign into the program first through your wellness platform and then download the Eat Right Now app and sign in with your username and password used to create your account.
How often should I use my scale?
Please use your scale at least once a week. The last lesson of every week of the Eat Right Now program will also ask you to use your scale if you haven’t already done so.
Can other people use my scale?
No. The scale is for your use only. If you let other people weigh themselves on the scale, your data will be incorrect.
If you see a weight recording in your Eat right Now app that doesn't belong to you, please submit a request to the Support Team.
Tips for position control on the scale:
Arrows may appear on your screen to help you distribute your weight evenly on the scale’s surface. If one or more arrows appear on any corners of the scale’s display, simply shift your weight in the opposite direction of the arrows until they disappear.
All 4 arrows will flash on the scale and a weight value will appear when a measurement is properly recorded. Make sure to calibrate your scale when moved. If you move your scale, wait for 2 seconds before stepping on it.
Weigh in tips and Eat Right Now data synching:
- Place the scale on a hard, flat surface.
- While barefoot and wearing minimal clothing, step onto your scale - the screen will display your weight.
- Your weight will be automatically synced with your Eat Right Now app. A pop up will show your first weight recorded and ask for approval.
- Go to the My Weight screen in your Eat Right Now app to see your weight recordings.
- If you do not see your Body Pro scale data syncing to Eat Right Now or if it is syncing incorrectly, please submit a request to the Eat Right Now Support Team.

I’m seeing a “No Service” or “404 Error” message! How do I re-connect my scale?
- Step 1: On your smartphone, connect to Wi-Fi and enable Bluetooth.
- Step 2: Download the free “Connect Assistant” app.
- Step 3: On your scale, follow the 4 steps below:

- Press and hold the button on the back of the scale for 6-8 seconds until you see the menu appear.
- Navigate the menu using the same button on the back of the scale and select “App Setup.”
- Hold down the button on the back of the scale until you see a progress bar appear underneath the word “Reset” and continue holding down the back button until the progress bar fills from left to right.
- Once “Start App” appears on the scale, you can now open your Connect Assistant app.
- Step 4: In the Connect Assistant app:

- Open the app and select “Set up with your phone.”
- Select “Scales” for the product you’d like to set up,
- Select “No” when asked “Do you have a Data Hub as part of your kit?”
- Select “Continue” if you’ve already completed the above instructions on your scale.
- Select your Wi-Fi network and enter Wi-Fi password; if you do not have a Wi-Fi network, you can set up with Bluetooth.

How can I continue using my scale if I am no longer in the Weight Loss or Diabetes Prevention Program paths of Eat Right Now?
You can still use your scale and track your weight using your scale. Follow the steps below to update your scale in the Withings app and re-connect it using the Connect Assistant app.
- Download the Withings app. Now in the Withings app:

- Step 1: Access the Devices tab in the Withings app by pressing the watch + scale icon in the top right corner.
- Step 2: Locate your Body Pro from the device list and select “All settings.”
- Step 3: Select “Check for updates”
- Step 4: Grab your scale and select “Update” on the scale menu.
- Step 5: The scale will display “Updating” then reboot once completed.
- Download the Connect Assistant app. Now in the Connect Assistant app:

- Step 1: Open the app and select “Set up with your phone.”
- Step 2: Select “Scales” for the product you’d like to set up,
- Select “No” when asked “Do you have a Data Hub as part of your kit?”
